Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our DTF prints and service. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns or Exchanges Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of DTF transfers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defects.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
To process a replacement or refund: 1. Email us at jlfprints@hotmail.com with your order number. 2. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. 3. Once reviewed and if approved, we will offer a replacement or refund (based on the nature of the damage).


Important Notes:
We are not responsible for damage caused during application (heat press errors, peeling, etc.). Please inspect your order upon arrival and before use. Returns will not be accepted for customer errors such as incorrect sizing, colours, or designs submitted at checkout.
