We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Closed on most Saturdays & all Sundays) 

 Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
Royal mail 24 hour tracked : 1–2 business days from dispatch
Royal mail 48 hour tracked: 2-3 business days from dispatch

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, or peak periods. Please refrain from messaging to chase orders until the dispatch and shipping times have passed.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s).
